TweetI am trying to plan my cutting diet for the spring/summer. i am currently 200 lbs about 10% bf. This is what I am planning:
3days with
200gr. protein(fish, chicken, or steak)
200gr carbs(oatmeal with first 2 meals and 75 gr post workout
50 gr fat (flax oil mostly and steak or fish)
next three days low carbs
250gr protein
50 carbs post workout only
90 gr fat
seventh day carbup
400 carbs
200 protein
20 fat
If i use a meal replacement it will be the lean matrix by prolab on moderate carb days. Other supps. will be clenbutryx, vandayl sulfate(this really works for me), and creatine and glutamine.
Please give me any suggestions to improve this plan.
