TweetI have done many things to my shoulders and this is one of them...for me it felt like I had to pop like you would your knuckles...and it happened because I was trying to push too much weight and I lean forward as the weight was going up putting a lot of strain on it...I never had it looked at as it was pretty much gone in a week. I've also pinched a nerve doing the exact same thing...let me tell you, now my form is perfect and the weight reasonable when doing anything that involves a shoulder press.
