Tweetto warm up i would jump rope 3 rounds
then stretch some more
then heavy bag 5 rounds and 2 on the speed bag.
rounds 1and3 are only left handed(right handed if your a south paw)
rounds 2and4 more focus on speed and accurance. alternate jab, right hand, upper cut, the hooks.
round 5 power and stamina. throwing hard and at a higher pace. practice for the KO when blood is in the water.
round 6-7 speed bag.
