TweetTough one but I have been in situations before where I had to figure something out without weights. In Iraq once we built a dip bar out of wood and a pull up too. Those two workouts are awesome. If I had to pick one weight exercise though I think it would be either overhead press or incline benchpress. Those two will work the upperbody including the tris very well.
