TweetI have done both. Got great results on each method. Obviously the oral (pills) is easier. Might get flamed here a bit but i think that if it is quality winny, and you take the appropriate dosage, then oral is the way to go, specially if you are stickin yourself a couple times a week with somethin else.

The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept.
