TweetIF YOUR NATURAL YOU HAVE TO SHOCK YOUR SYSTEM AND MUSCLES. CHANGE UP YOUR ROUTINE, MAKE SURE YOUR DIET IS IN CHECK AND GET PLENTY OF REST.
DO YOU STICK TO THE SAME ROUTINE WORKING OUT EACH WEEK? IF SO CHANGE IT UP

TweetAnyone,
I started training about 3 months ago doing each body part once per week and was really pleased with the first 10 weeks results. Lately however I don't appear to be growing like I was.
I have increased my protein intake etc and I'm lifting a lot more weight than when I began so I don't see what the problem is.
I don't take steroids etc...
I'm using creatine serum, muscle fuel dynamic and eating as much protein as I can cram in my face.
Any ideas where I may be going wrong?
Cheers

TweetI concur with the knotheads above! I like to change every other week and sometimes change body part days!

TweetYou have reached the infamous "Plateau." Changing your routine about every 4 weeks or so will prevent this. Change the types of lifts you do, or the order in which you do them, or the rep ranges and number of sets you do... there are a lot of things you can change. Do some searching here or on the net in general about "periodization."
Good luck.

Tweetyeah 3 months is definately time enough for you to stop getting results from your routine if you have not changed it up along with the exercises. Your body just gets used to it.
TweetAlso - please post up your stats and calories/macros, there may be some things you need to change there as well
TweetI find also that sometimes it is good to take a break for a few days.

TweetBro, id rework the diet. not enough protein.
Breakfast, eat a few eggs with oats.
beef sandwich, watch what kind of bread you use.. i like 100 stone ground..
Cut back on the starchy carbs late at night.
Late night,, no cereal.. eat a protein shake.
Throw in some peanuts or bars if you need to for the extra meals..
Any jackass can lift a weight.. but what you feed your body tells you how you will look.
And fruit is loaded with fructose.. dont go crazy with it. And eat alot of green veges... great for ya.

yup, just like i thought. ur diet is pretty much a cutting diet. what body type are u? ecto... etc.... you need to eat eat eat bro. then when ur about to puke....eat some more get a food scale, and measure everything. start at 3000 calories. after a week then bump up ur daily calories by 500. and keep going. once u state ur body type and how ur metabolism is then i will say what ratios i think will be best for you.
