My chest is getting nice and wide, it also is filling out very well from the collarbone down to the nipple. From my nipple down I cant seem to change much, they also still point out and I want them to point down or be towards the bottom like they are supose to be! I still have a little fat on them but its droping. I just seem to stay more soft there than anywhere else. I need ideas and help, I dont want to get man boobies!

TweetAre you doing declines last or slacking on them? I've noticed changes happen in the lower area, kind of "lifting up" when I concentrate on decline and dips. My lower chest and love hanlde area is where my body wants to store its fat too

TweetI think doing them more would help tighten it up down there, just dont work them for size if you dont want to grow the bottom (ie dont progress with load as much/often on decline)

TweetHB is right even though thats not what you want to hear. Decline presses are ok but they don't offer much ROM thus not stretching the fibers the way they should be. It's a really tough area to "shape" if the genetics aren't already there, it takes alot longer than the rest of your chest. You could always create the illusion of a better developed lower chest by working your Seratus Anteriors and creating that undercut line they offer. I also suggest hitting decline flyes to get a really good stretch. I prefer using cables so i can get a better iso on it along with a really hard contraction/flex at the top. By using cables you can center the top of the movement to target the flex in the exact area that you are looking for.
Dumbell pullovers will also help expand the rib cage to help with the look of the lower chest.
