Tweetsomeones gotto have an answer, its a real serious problem for me because it can happen anywhere and last for over an hour, it can get messy, help please!
TweetI used to get real bad nosebleeds about a year a go, went to my physician and she refused to coiterize it unless I came in the next time my nose was bleeding which just wasnt possible. A few weeks later, in another state, I got a nosebleed that lasted like 2 hours and I decided to go to a local place the following morning where the woman coiterized it without a problem. I hadnt gotten a nosebleed until about two weeks a go and they are happening everyday, they can last from 20 minutes to an hour and ruin my day. Has anyone else had nosebleed troubles and is there anything I can do about this? I dont want to start goin from doctor to doctor to see who will do this simple process for me, I was hopin they made a "do it yourself kit" or something.

TweetMy wife used to get them all the time when we first moved to Colorado because of the humidity. So we added a humidifier to the house and she's been fine ever since.
TweetBRO TAKE A QTIP AND RUB VASELINE ON THE INSIDE OF YOUR NOSE! A DERMOTOLOGIST (SKIN DOCTOR) TOLD ME TO DO THIS YEARS AGO. I USED TO GET NOSEBLEEDS AS A KID AND IT WASNT BP RELATED. HE SAID I HAD THIN MEMBRANES OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT I REALLY DONT REMEMBER NOW.
TweetI HAD SOME SHIT DONE TO MY ADNOIDS (SP?) WHEN I WAS REAL YOUNG LIKE 7-8 AS WELL.
TweetDRY HEAT AND HOT WEATHER IRRATATE MY PROBLEM AND THIS HELPS. A HUMIDIFIRER WILL HELP ALOT TOO LIKE TMAN SAID.
TweetI have used both the humidifier method and the vaseline (or neosporin) - give them a try.Originally Posted by Equalizer
