TweetThat is strange Nate- never happened to me
TweetHas this ever happend to any of you? My chest has never been injured like this, it freakin' kills! I wasn't even going heavy 405 and at the bottom of the movement when your chest flexes, BAM! it strained the hell out of me! righ in the middle, all the way across...
I've never even heard of this before, am i not paying attention and this typical or is this as uncommon as i think it is?

TweetThat sucks. I've never had that one - at least nothing more than a mild strain in the pecs. But I have done that to my quad once. I was on crutches for a week and walked funny for a month.
TweetAre you talking about your sternum, or the pec muscles?
TweetThe muscle. I pause and reset on every rep and i stay tight in the upper body for about 2-3 sec. When i get to the bottom of the movement it puts a forced flex into my chest, thats when it happened.Originally Posted by HungarianBeast

TweetJust wanted to update this and let HB know thattwo days ago my sternum slightly popped and the following day my chest was just about back to normal.
Good call bro!
