Best Nutrient/Macro Tracking Site?

TweetI'm looking for a way to track my nutrients and macros throughout the day- it must be web based though so its easy for me to enter things either at work or at home etc. I was using a spreadsheet and I just stop keeping it updated because its a pain to have to write everything down and enter it when I get home or write it in at work then email it to me ed and copy/paste when I get home- just not practical.

Anyone know of any good/great web based services that will allow me to do this and hopefully not be too much a month? Software isnt really an option as I work on a mac both at home and work and there isnt much out there for mac for this sort of thing

Tweetive read the handbook with all the foods and macros including the fast foods so many times I have them memorized, how obsessive compulsive is that? I used a spreadsheet program but I think there is a fitness tracker website or something to that effect, i had it saved but got a new laptop ill see if I can find it but I think i got it from someone here.
