      I haven't weighed in about 6 days, but I should be there. I was 223 6 days ago. I have been eating my ass off (and getting fat!).

      Also, I pulled 675 from kneecap level last week and it went up pretty easy (the second attempt). I psyched myself out on the first one. GP made me try it again. I got my hips into it and it popped right up. I will pull 700 next week from the same height and hold for 15 seconds. (just belt and chalk).

      I don't know for sure, but it is definately over 10%. I am really not that worried about the mass gain, but I would expect to gain about 15# which would bring me to around the 240# mark.

      We are going to a strongman comp this weekend. I want to see what the weight classes are doing. The weight class border is 231#. Anything heavier that 231# you lift with the big boys! I may not want to get over that after seeing them.
