TweetI lost my best friend at age 23, we were the only ones from our group who were supposed to make it, we used to always tell ourselves that (skater/punk kids in all the advanced classes together) We had eachothers back then he started to slide into what our other friends were into (H), we were German partners, Advanced Math partners, Debate partners, and I gave up on trying to fix his shit after trying as hard as I could. I was/am closer to his Mom than my own! Words can never explain that sort of loss and it has become part of me and always will be. I know you will pull through it but I just hope you know that many of us out there know what you are feeling and going through, you are not alone and I for one will say that I got your back if you ever have to get some feelings off your chest. It will even help me if you need someone to talk to b/c I still deal with it, and even though this was 6.5 years ago I still do!
