      OK mikey, first take off your protective helmet and visor...instead of following the instructions, follow what i say. (wich will be the same as the instructions but eh, you'll never figure that out lol)

      lay hand on table and spread fingers apart

      look at the spinning image for the full 60 seconds

      then look at the center of your hand


      it should be pulsing and twisting in an extreme fashion, if it isnt, you need to turn off ther flashing siren on your helmet and take some more meds...
