Here's the deal. What do you guys think of an all shake diet. It would look like this.

      2 scoops of protein powder
1 cup of dry old fashioned oatmeal
1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter
      2 cups of water

You blend all of this up and just space them throughout the day and drink as many or as few as you need to get your required calories. Ofcourse, supplements would be there too. A high quality multi vitamin or two, maybe creatine and glutamine, and a BCAA supplement. I might throw in a little flax too. I just thought that this would be simple, very efficient, and hopefully healthy. Opinions are welcome by any and all.

WTF!? What would poses you to even consider dieting like that!? That's not such a good idea bro!
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

I've never done it before. I was just wondering if anyone here had done it. I'm not saying that I'm going to, but I thought that it would be the easiest way to track your calories exactly. Jack Hurst...why do you think that you were tired all the time? Carb depletion? Just wondering.
