Tweethey bros i have no problem getting 300 grams of protein but my calories seem to lack behind staying around 3000 to 3300.and i want then to be 4000 to 4500.any ideas?

Tweetyep like they said, natty PB, cahnge some of your chicken to lean steak, eat more calorie dense carbs, such as potatoes, and high fiber breads, my fave is the "health nut bread", also the "health nut" whole grain bagels are good, and nice and calorie dense. Make your ptoein shakes with skim milk instead of water, and throw some all-fruit spread along w/ natty pb on your toast or bagels.
