TweetWhat are your stats?
Tweethey everyone,
i am new here. i was just wondering if any of the steroid alternatives were any good. u see them in magazines and ofcourse they sound good, but hell celltech sounds good in a magazine. i have no problem with steroids at all, its just that i have never done them. i have researched them for countless hours but just too big of a pansy to try. if anyone has tried any of the alternative stuff or knows someone who has please let me know something. i have gotten to a point in my workouts(partly due to a rotator cuff injury) that i;m not really making any gains or even really getting any leaner. any suggestions would be awesome.

TweetWhat are your stats?
TweetYeah, what HB said.
Tweetstats AND lifts , how long have you been training, is your diet DEAD on, and how is your training, and how do you train?
TweetALL OF THE ABOVE MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE....AND WELCOME TO THE BOARD!!
O2
Tweetdont be scurred pd- everyones here to help!
yes there are natural ways to boost your horomone productiuon/levels. Moreso directly related to training methods and diet than supplements though. Peoplle have said they believe Tribulus works (at high doses, I forget what dose though)
these threads are good too
Hormone Manipulation Training Part I
Hormone Manipulation Training Part II
TweetYeah, we just need more info.
Tweeti work out 5-6 days a week with 5 days of cardio. i generalay do my cardio after my workout. i am 5'10 175 with about 10.5 % body fat. i'm pretty lean allthrough out my body. i have a bit of loose skin on the bottom of my stomach and on my lower back. i do good ab and lower back exercizes but even at 155lbs i had a little loose skin. i eat well for a 21 yr old but not well for a body builder. i generally have a peanut butter bagel for breakfast, fruit while working out, usually a sandwich or something to that effect for lunch, i usually munch on bars throughout the day but most of the time hear lately i'll just eat a spoonfull of peanut butter. usually a healthy dinner either chicken or lean beef with rice and vegetables. i have a habit of eatin a bowl of cereal before i go to bed. sometimes i'll hit the peanut butter again. my portion control isn't great but its not terrible either. as far as training goes i train hard. at the gm i train at i get complemented often for how hard i train. I generally do reps a month and heavy amonth but depending on how my body is looking i may change. my bench was at 295 before my shoulder started bothering me so now i do bench on the smith machine. i do not take much rest in between. i feel confident that my intensity is there, its just that i see so many guys that juice that look awesome and i work out harder and longer but i'm not getting the gains or body results. but like i said i'm no slum or anything, i just was wondering what alternatives were out there. i've been contemplating maybee taking clen but i really dont wanna loose any weight, just slash the body fat especially at the bottom of my stomach and the sides of the lower back. i have been training for a little over 3 years and i really have done well . i srarted at 205 but a fat boy and dropped to a trim 155. i began really working hard with weights and still kept up my cardio. though i weigh 175 now my body fat stays within1 to 2 percent of 10. sorry this message took so long i just wanted to make sure i wrote every thing.
TweetOk well it sounds like all you need is a good diet and possibly training tune up. Is that 5-6 days of lifitng? Unless you have amazing recovery thats not enough recovery time ESPECIALLY if you train as hard as you say you do 5'10' 175, 295 bench isn't bad, what about your DL and Squat? I say u're on the right track but as far as gear goes, I dont think u're nearly ready. It also sounds like you got the drive to better your diet/training, thats good too!
u can get some help here, but I would recommend trying out iron addict , inhuman, or this fellow exmg... they can all be found on www.ironaddicts.com... they will get you where you need to be and w/ in no time u will be ready for gear.
TweetThis is proof that no matter how intense you train, you won't grow without proper amount of nutrients and rest EVERY DAY.
Your diet is the first place you want to start changing. Even if you do steroids, if your diet and rest are not there, the growth will not be there either.
Are you up for it?
Tweet yea i'm up for it. i really appreciate the help.i generally do weights 5 days chest/tris
back/bi's legs,shoulders
then back to the beggining
sometimes i'll throw in shoulders on one of the last 2 days if i dont do another leg/shoulder day
Tweetfor OTC supplements- protein, glutamine, multivitamin, extra anti oxidants (vit c,e, ALA), creatine. Alot of times those legal steroid alt. are full of all the sides with no benefits in my opinion.
Tweetdo a 4 day split
chest/tris, legs/abs, back/bis, , shoulders/abs and you can add calves in as well on the shoulders abs day to hit them again i fyou have problems with them.
Tweetcool man i've never seen that split before but it looks good. as far as otc supplements i have never liked them. most of all because i worked at gnc for a year and a half. creatine makes me look fat and my protien intake is pretty good. i got pretty good results from no2 but for 80 dollars a bottle i better. would anyone reccomend clen for the body fat loss or should i just get my diet a little better maybee get back on the ephedera and see where it goes.
Tweetby the way i love your pic equalizer
