      hey buds, i was just wonderin if taking more of my xenadrine would make me lose fat even quicker. right now i am taking 4 caps a day (recommended amount). i am not having any of the sides with 4 so maybe i could take it up to 6 or so? would that help? i am taking the older ones with the ephedra in them. thanks in advance for the replies.

      remember you will develop a tolerance to anything after a while , cycle it two weeks on and two weeks off for best results. if you dont like your results and your diet is sound try researching ala, nyc, dnp , and usnic acid. pay very close attention to the sides, some fat loss stuff is very effective but very very harsh.

      NO! That is why they are trying to take Ephedra off the market.People have that "if a little is good alot is better" attitude. You dont want to over do it. If you want somthing stronger go with clen.The main fat burner is diet and cardio.

      Also if you get down to it ECA's really arent that effective.Yes they do aid in losing fat but not that much I read on another board eca's boost your metabolism by approx. 3%, Clen boosts approx. 10%, Dnp somthing like 25% or more( though dangerous. I will try to dig up that thread and post it in a little while.

      Noticing the sides from ECAs are not indicative of it working, side effects in general are something most would like to avoid, consider yourself lucky. Also wouldn't recommend cycling two weeks on, two weeks off, chronic use has been shown to be most effective for fat loss.

      ive heard 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, how does chronic use of it help, i woudl think it woudl just build tolerance

      i agree but he can go from 4 tabs to 6 a day with no problem because if you read the label 6 tabs is still within the "safe" daily allowance

      staying in the reccomended dosage works just fine for me, i have seen people who dont even do cardio get amazing results with eca. but then again we can always be more cut, bigger, more ripped ect..

      It's not clen, there's no reason to run it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, chronic use as in using it continuously. I suggest you use it until you're no longer losing weight from it. If you're dieting for 3 months there's no reason you can't use it for the entire time. Here's a study where it was used for almost a year with it still being beneficial.

      The tolerance built is against the stimulant side effects, which to most are undesireable anyway, if you're just using it for a pre-workout boost, then cycling it may be in your best interest.

      I agree with love to eat - i just started a clen - xenadrine cycle and ive been doing some research.
