TweetJust do what you think is right for you bro. If it's not worth it to you, you'll never stick to it anyway - so what's the point?
TweetThis diet thing, for me its worse than workin out,I like doin that.Does it really have to be so freakin planned out!!Do I really have to go shoppin and buy 4.oz chicken breasts, tuna in water, yada, yada, yada, yada!!!! Cant I just cut down on carbs(40-60gms/day)eat high protein foods, drink plenty of water and get myself into a mild ketosis.Do I really have to seperate my egg whites,I like the yolks.I can see if were talkin pro body builder but I think most of us are not in that league.Yes,we want to look cut up but Id have to plan my whole life just around the diet.Just seems the diets Im seeing here are very advanced and unless your packin some SERIOUS MUSCLE,these diets are extreme.Am I wrong ,let me know?

The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

Tweetgreat advice, how bad do you want gains and losses. i had the same attittude and kept getting fatter. then i got fed up and started planning and started dropping bf and started feeling and looking better. it just depends on how fed up you get, do you want to watch life go by or do you want to join in ? everything comes with a sacrifice, and a price , its up to you how much your willing to commit. good luck bro.
TweetI know!!,I can definetly stand to lose some body fat and its not lack of dedication, its the preperation,of the food.I hate supermarkets.Im commited ,I just wish someone could prepare my meals for me.Keepind track of protein intake, carb intake,I tell you its harder than workin out!!!I will stop my complaining now and "just do it".In fact as soon as I loose my gut,I take a few photos of the EXTREME DIET ME .LATER bennyboomOriginally posted by pudgy

TweetLife is all about sacrifices, you must give something to get something, so if it ain't worth it don't so it...and we all wish someone could prepare meals for us, that's a perfect world Bro...i don't even want to think about how much time each week i spend making my food...too much i am sure...but to me it's all worth it...XXL
