      Another excellent book is "Under The Bar" by Dave Tate. Excellent read for anyone, it's a common sense outlook on life and business from an "under the bar" perspective.

      read the art of war for managment...pretty good book. also, Jack Welsch's book is supposed to be a pretty good read also. my old roomate uses alot of his tactics in his new V.P. position.
