Just stop and think about all the kids who grow up orphans, think about 3rd world poverty, think about the qudriplegic, think about the man who can't see (and never has),....there are a lot of things is this world that you don't suffer from.
It's about being thankful for what you do have and not what you don't have. This isn't a lecture bro, just how I look at things. Anytime I start having a pitty party over what is happening to me I think about the worst possible thing that could happen, and instantly become thankful for what I do have.
Depressions is no joke, if it's clinical depression then you need to see your doc. They have a test you can take to see how you rank. It's nothing to be embarrassed about. But if it's not clinical then it's just mind over matter.
