Tweetas every one said DECA is a good AS solution although u can use Glucosamin Sulphate ( sp?) as supplement.. i feel it has helped me alot... just take 1 cap in the morening and one before bed time

Tweeti take Glucosamine Sulfate complex 1500mg by Quest... one tab per day.. and usually in 2 weeks or so u start noticing the change...
but yeah.. deca is awsome for joint pain (back, knees, shoulders, etc)
