TweetI do, I never post here much though. I am always on IntenseMuscle.
TweetWho here trains DC style besides myself and Skarhead? It'd be nice if there was a few so we could compare thoughts and routines, reps etc

Tweeti used to...went back to the traditional approach.. but still use some of his techniques
TweetHow long did you train DC style for? what made you go back to traditional/more sets?Originally Posted by lxorl
TweetI do DC style as well. Have seen tremendous results in last few months. I don't expect I will ever go back.
ditto for the IntenseMuscle site.

Tweeti basically did it to switch things up but my schedule varries so it was difficult to maintain. I also like to just kinda pick my routine out of the air each day, and while the program has variety its still more structured than most of my work outs. I also dont have a partner so i cant go as heavy on some things. I usually do pre exhaust, rest pause or drop sets to compensate. I did like the program though.
I did it for maybe 6 months. I still use some of his stuff though. I rest pause lots of exercises.. and i do my legs in his manner. I also mainly do compound exercises.

TweetI train DC...better than anything else ive tried...im always feelin good the next day, but always get plenty of time to heal till my next workout. 1 RP set will kill me worse than 12sets of a muscle group.
Im gonna get so big I cant dress myself
TweetI have been thinking about westside alot lately, I dont really get the whole program though though. Theres a lot of info out there on it but it seems kinda all over the palce from what I've read I cant seem to get it straight/exactly what to do when or how to structure itOriginally Posted by Skarhead
Tweetyeah, its tough. thats why i get IA to do it for me ... Strength gains are through the roof. Just hit 475 the other day on squat .. not bad for a 200 lber
