      Been doin my work outs in the AM (9AM) ,I dont seem to recover all day,any magic potions or not so magic potions to help with recovery? What do you do? PEACE BENNYBOOM

      i hate a.m. workouts as well, the only cure ive found is morning cardio and afternoon workouts.

      I find that doing a few cool-down sets, and lots of stretching afterwards helps me keep from being sore the rest of the day. Creatine/Glutamine help as well.

      Exactly... stretching is the key bro... NOTHING can make up for extrem post workout stretching... well after a good night of sleep and enough protein

      I tell all my buds,that if you leave the gym and your not exhausted yu didnt train to the max.One body part a day,and TRAIN IT!!!!!!! i MEAN ,BLAST IT!!! Hence,I ache all day,but come July it will be all worth it!

      I read a big article on creatine,it said you shouldnt do creatine and gear together,its hard on the liver.

      fear of liver damage? stay the hell away from gear then!!!
      make sure you used the creatine in a cycle fashion...any more fears bout your liver health...use a liver protector...legalon 150 is fairly good
