Tweetif you get a waitin job at a good place you can make damn good money, especially if you bartend. my best friends is a bartender at chilis and his wife is a bartender at ruby tuesday and they make 100k combined. so you should be fine till RE gets going.

TweetWhy would you quit your job of 5yrs to wait tables, unless you weren't making much money?? You can take real estate classes in the evening and and still work, as many do? At least if you were laid off or something you would be able to collect unemployment benefits? Im not condoning being laid off, but ive seen many ppl collect unemployment benefits and get paid under the table and make more $ than working full time.

Oh, well i guess that would put him in an akward position. Did he not at least have unemployment insurance, cause at least he could have collected on that if his father laid him off.

TweetYou can do it B... i have waited tables in the past when times are tough. The customers suck, sometimes the business/traffic sucks, sometimes your boss sucks, so it's basicly like any other job. Just keep your head up and get that license and you'll be on your feet in no time.
