Folks,

My left arm appears to be building better than my right despite using dumbells and doing the same weight and exercise with both arms. My form does always seem to be better with my left so maybe it's that.

I did box for years and years and my left is slightly stronger as it was used a lot more (banging out the jab on the bags and on faces) but my right is my writing/jacking off hand. ha ha!

Any ideas what I can do?
