TweetNo big deal bro, just don't make a habit of it too often. It is good to take a wk off every few months but I try to avoid that. Personal preference for me I guess.

Tweetu need to whether u are on a cycle or not..the body needed it no matter what u do or what u take..but i try to avoid that but sooner or later i'am gonna take a week off befoer i start my next cycle the end of june...
beleive it or not when u take a week off, u come back stronger then before...

TweetThere are so many variables to each person's respective recuperative abilities. Things like diet, type of training, rest, supplements, super supplements, etc... Each person is different and I'm much like you. I can't train more than 8-10 weeks without taking a break because I get burnt out from training. You should identify when this happens because your training weights will stall or drop; you don't look forward to going to the gym; you're restless; you catch colds easily; etc...
