TweetNope, I am not the Vet SuperChicken.
I am however a pretty obsessive compulsive learner and have been hanging around several boards for about a year and a half. Been training on and off longer than I can remember but this run is by far my best ever. I have finially figured out how to keep from hurting myself, or so I think.
I was 135lbs most of my life and found myself at 185 about two years ago... about 25% body fat so that skinny guy was still in there. Now I am about 190 and more like 10 - 12% BF and very pleased with my progress. Have been making great progress with a modified DC regieme over the past three months.
Anyway, I am here to learn and help others out where I can.
