Tweetive been researching for about a year now, still pondering whether or not to do a cycle. Im up to 186lbs now @ 5'8. IM guessing around 14%BF. I've done m1t a few times. I must say thought it worked. Since trainging a year ago I have gone from 145lbs to 186....Benching 270 to now 320. Squattting 225x8, now squatting 405x6. I look alot bigger. I just got of m1t for like my second time. Saw some minor strength gains, gained 6lbs. Alot of my acomplishments came from hard work, eating alot, and gettin enough sleep. Regardless of all this im seeing my size come to a hault. My strength still goes up but I cant seem to gain the muscle I used to. OKAY now that I gave yall a little facts about me here is what i want to accomplish...I want to gain strength, size, but also loose some bodyfat. I know if i run the typical beg cycle enan & dbol im gonna gain alot of weight. Thats why i was thinking of a cycle of var and test...any others that might work better. I wanna get BF down to atleast 10% but keep my strength and size. any help with this would be tremendous ive been looking online forever to find out what to do...

IMO if u're suggesting that u've stopped gaining b/c u're @ ur natual limit I think it's more of your training and diet. Change up your training and try something new.

Tweetthats all diet... I think if you mastered that the gains u would get off gear would be twice as significant.

If your training and diet has been in check and you believe you have reached your nat potential and can not gain even with an increase in cals, it is your decision to make. What most newbies do is a 10wk cycle of test cypionate or enathate @ 400-500mg/wk. Some add dbol for the first 5-6 wks of 30-40mg ed, but it is not necessary, and yes you could use anavar as a jumpstart instead of dbol, but drink plenty of h20, take some liver supplements like milk thistle or Liv-52.
