I have to check into a formal military school on the 16th. I'm over my maximum weight allowance of 208lbs so I'll be taped to check my bodyfat percentage. If I'm over 18% then I'm sent back to my unit with my bucket of ice cream jammed up my ass - career ending if you know what I mean.

TweetNo it's worse than that... they subtract your neck measurement from your waist measurement. That number is then used in a height/weight chart that determines your b/f percentage. It's archaic....
