TweetGreat Read, actually i already use a few of those without thinking about it...but its the first time i read a real text explaining how to perfom them. Anchoring and Defusing can also be used in everyday life and is very usefull to get yourself in a perticular state in a short period of time.
IMO someone working out at 100% will make so much more gains after some time than someone who works at 95%. like arnold said "and that divides one from being a champion and one from not being a chamion"
