Tweettake some time off and then do ur cutting bro, and depending if u wanna do like long acting like eq that is mim 14-16 weeks, or quick acting like winny, tren, suspe, clen, prop..
but i need ur history and ur stats b4 i give my opinion
Main thing to lose the gut is dieting and doing cardio
Tweetmy cycle was 12 weeks, 500 ml of sust a week and 4ml of deca a week, with 5 weeks of dbl, i now weigh around 185lbs and have lost most of the water retention but kept most of my size and gains, i know the best thing is cardio and diet for my gut but i want to harden up aswell, im 23 and 6ft and i've been off my cycle now for over a month and half. i want to start getting ready for the summer months. any suggestions on what diet would be best??

TweetDiet: Ketogenic
Cardio: 30-45min A.M. on empty stomach @ 3/4 X wk
AAS timing: wait another month and a half (therefore a total of 12 wk) timeoff=timeon
*As for what cycle to use....like Big Mike said, what's your cycle history? or was that your first?

I think you should take a considerable time off and concentrate on training and diet. At 23, you should still have significant natural gaining capacity in you. Maybe you should post up your training split and give a rough idea of how you usually eat......

Tweetu need to take another 1 month and half off, and like FAD said: NO PCT at all....
Tweeti was holding off on the pct cos i thought i was going to be going back on the gear to cut up, i have now started taking my pct and am going to wait a few more months before going on anything else. i will however diet and watch my diet a bit better, thanks for all the help guys

TweetTheres different ways you can diet, it depends mainly on if you want to go into Ketosis or not. A Ketogenic diet is more of an extreme change than just dieting regulary.. and requires much more dedication to do it right. IT all depends on what you want to do.
I have good success dieting with the following:
Keeping carbs to only low GI/good carbs
Making sure to get enough EFA's (supplementing with Udo's choice oil blend- I drink it right out of the bottle )
Limiting those carbs to only daytime (no/very low carbs after 6pm)
Getting 1-1.5g protein per lb/bodyweight.
Doing light cardio in the morning on empty stomach. (20-30 min)
The more intense cardio you do and the lower you drop your cals the more muscle you seem to lose along with the fat though- so thats the tricky area.
(I've heard that low intensity cardio for 40-60 minutes [ie. incline walking, etc] is less likely to utiilze your muscle proteins to turn into glycogen and more like to ustilize fats, but thats something I want to research more)
If you wanted to do something more extreme and go into ketosis, which will for sure make you drop some bf quickly, check out this thread, some good articles on ketogenic style diet, and the results from a few here who have just done it (thanks edvedr).
