I know this isnt the right forum for this but you guys always answer all my questions in here quickly and help me out alot so I figured I would see if you could help me on this too....

Ok first off how much protein should she consume in a day? Her current weight is 135 IBS and she is 5"7 and body fat if pretty low ( haven't measured it) She wants to know what will help get the fat off around her back around her bra line(she is a 34 D) ? Also she needs help with her butt Mainly right below her butt checks. I'm not sure what the muscle is called its right below the butt and on her upper back side of her leg. Also what would be some good exercises for where your arm bends (upper chest area near armpit).... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
