I used to work at a tanning bed place in New York and they told me to clean each bed twice because people can aquire things like scabies, hepatitis, Hpv, and crabs from tanning beds. They aren't exactly the most sanitary of places to lay. Not to scare you but if it doesn't go away in a week go see a docotor.

TweetSUGAR YOU SHOULD CHECK THE CLEANER AS WELL YOU MAY BE ALLERGIC TO THAT MAYBE. I ALWAYS WASH THE BEDS MYSELF WHEN I TAN, BEFORE AND AFTER.

Well, I may be able to diagnose the problem if you post a pic of your chest. It will have to be of the entire chest though, so I can compare with the skin around it.
