currently starting on 500 week cyp. 1st cycle. 5'9 187, dont know bf% i gauge that by the mirror. should i limit cardio (thinking 3x's weekly@30min per), or only use it for warm-up (10mins before workouts)? in the past i gained fat pretty easy. but, that could've been the massive amounts of alcahol i consumed nightly!

I would say to not go anaerobic with your cardio sessions. I saw your pics and it's not going to take much to lean you out. I go 5 days of 12-20 min a day, thats it. I only go anaerobic when i feel like running ( wich isn't very often bc i'm really lazy) if i did 30 min a day i would be a featherweight in no time flat....

if u don't care being bloated, no cardio but it's nice to do it 5 mns, just 2 warmp up the blood adn the joints...don't run, just kinda fast walk......

and if u do wanna be lean, hit cardio, but i guess u are bulking up so my best bet for u (according from ur pix) hit cardio like monday and friday, twice a week at 25-30 mns...fast walking as well....

like what BM said: train heavy, eat a lot and sleep.... AND NONE OF THIS SHIT

Don't do cardio. You are just burning calories that would be used in building.

i think it makes more sense to bulk now and trim later, if u feel like your getting fat throw some in. u have to play it by ear.
