Low Carb Nightmares...

TweetI have been doing the low carb thing for two weeks and EVERY night I have a nightmare.

Last night I dreamt I was kidnapped and I found a cell phone and called for help - NO ONE BELIEVED ME!

The night before I was in a Haunted House and there were people the size of GI Joe's who were trying to kill me - MILLIONS of them! They had little cars and Little Guns....

The list goes on.

Anyone else ever have this?

me when I do nightmares its like im back to CEGEP(college) and I missed two months of classes and I go in class and the teacher says "son, you missed 3 exams".

TweetTake some melatonin before bed, unless there is something going on in your life that is scarry. Sometimes i get scared if i watch a scarry movie or something happens scarry then i dream about something scarry....
