I would probably hit chest and delts on day one and then arms on day 3 to give the tris a little break on day 2. But that's me. Also, since you asked, if it was me I would do two days on and two days off. Keep the cortisol levels down. Everytime you put stress on your endocrine system your body releases cortisol. This catabolic hormone will be released 6 times in your 3 days split. That's a lot bro without major counter measures. But again, that's me. Your body might be totally different than mine.
