      o.k guys be nice...this is my pic that I just took a few minutes ago. I am gonna run a cutting cycle for 12 weeks and then post up more pics.

      I am 5' 11'' and about 260 in this pic.

      I wannna cut to about 240 or so by mid/end of summer.

      I just started my cutter yesterday:

      wk 1-12 prop: 100mg/day
      wk 5-12 Tren: 150mg/EOD
      wk 7-12 Winny: 50mg/day

      HCG and Nolva for pct

      make sure you do the hcg at mid point and before you come off. not during pct. some folks do it every other weekend the whole cycle. there are many opinions on this but mid point and before the end works best for me.
