Tweetoh, and it would be a good ideal to take her asside, with a witness, and let her know that the company in no way would tollerate such an action by one of it's employees, and while there is no other witnesses to verify her accout, you thought it would be in the best intrest of all to cut ties with this guy, based on his past performance at his job duties. you dont want to find this guy guilty of this without proof. that'll smack ya down the other way. LACK OF PERFORMANCE. dont tell him it's becouse of this.

i agree that you want to have the account documented, even have him sign off at the accusation, maybe. just dont use that as bases of termination!! in my buissness all salespeople get fired for "lack of production", all managers get fired for "lack of performance". it's almost a joke!! thats why everyone is let go. but, it's to prtect the "house".
