Neck is in pain ......yaaaaaaoooo !

TweetWoke up middle of the night cause it was hurting so bad ! Just been walking around trying to fight the pain its in my left lower neck .Man I've been sleepin the wrong way lately cause of sweats I get sometimes when I sleep .Im gonna see a chiropractor today get that sh_t fixed ! Anyone suggest that pillow that supports ur neck do does those thing really help ?

Tweeti get constant migranes from my neck (cuz my neck is screwed up)... almost every day i wake up with headaches... and they all start from my neck and then spread over my head... i tried those weird shaped pillows that supposedly help, but it didn't do any difference to me...

Yeah I'll try this for right now ,I just ordered one of those curved pillows so just waiting on delivery .I paid $85 @simplycomfort.com
