      there's a point of diminished return. taking double the dose doesn't mean double the results.

      But anyways, it could lead to joint tightness and it'll put a load on the liver. I think moderation would be better, just stack it with something compatible like prop.

      I wouldn't go over 50mgs either, but then again I think that winny is way over rated also. Its not a miracle drug that will just rip the fat off of you if you're trying to cut up for the summer. Just like they said, more isn't better and prepare for your joints to ache like hell. Also, just an FYI: If you have liquid winny drink the stuff, don't waste a good shot site for that shit.

      BigFastStrong.. I told you before over AIM not to take Winny alone.. and if you`re thinking going over 50mg will help you you`re dead wrong, it will only increase your side effects especially to the liver..

      Another thing is, you`re already somewhat ripped, I bet you will look like death with that stuff with 0% BF but I know the reason why you`re taking that...Stack it with some Prop or Eq.
