TweetI never really was a beliver that it would make a diffrence since you don't grow while your lifting but grow while your resting. If I did believe in that I'd probably take it 2hrs prior to the workout then right after the workout. Because the half life is 3.5-4 hrs but is shortend on training days. So this way it would be peak while yoiu where training then it would be almost out and time for another dose.
