      Question How long before a workout begins do you pop your d-bol

      I take it in 4 split doses, BUT I try to get one of those doses in 1 hour prior to work-out.

      Seems to kick in at the right time.

      I never really was a beliver that it would make a diffrence since you don't grow while your lifting but grow while your resting. If I did believe in that I'd probably take it 2hrs prior to the workout then right after the workout. Because the half life is 3.5-4 hrs but is shortend on training days. So this way it would be peak while yoiu where training then it would be almost out and time for another dose.

      Damn you must be a masicist.LOL. When I'm on dbol the pumps are already so bad on back day that I have to lay down for about 15 minutes after the workout until I can walk erect again.lol
