TweetCan someone help? I think im developing gyno. No lumps but im getting the puffy saggy nips and some itching. My g/f even noticed it tonite. Should I take 20 or 40 mg nolva till gone, go with some arimidex or just stop my cycle. Im hoping not the latter. Im on 500 mg test enthanate a week on week 5. I have tried to cycle 2 other times and family work proplems forced me to stop so this time I want to finish. Thanks bros.

Then I dropped my dosage down to 40mg for another week and then eventually down to 20mg for the rest of my cycle. Be careful as when you come off completely and you might get a rebound effect weeks after you're done with your PCT. Shit happened to me. I was about 3 weeks out of my PCT and noticed swelling again in my left chest/nipple area. Had to start up the nolva again. So have your g/f monitor your chest along with yourself. Stay on top of it. Hope this helps. Just my 2 cents.

TweetI'm gonna tell you from personal experience. I feel Arimidex is phenominal for reducing gyno. I had a lump that wouldn't go away with Nolva. I mean, a month of Nolva at mega doses, and the lump was still there. After 3 weeks of .50mg of Arimidex, GONE!

TweetI always run an anti-e thruout my cycles just as a precaution. Usually .25mg ed of ldex or eod if it is a light cycle. Sometime i run 12.5mg e0d of aroma. Never had a prob this way. Just an fyi, i take red yeast rice caps they are 600mg each. I use Solaray brand and it is reasonable priced. One in the morning with my breakfest and one at dinner. My cholesterol was 270 now it is 190. So if your using ldex and have prob with the cholesterol id advise in taking it, as it lowered mine even with doing ldex.
