Hello everyone, I haven't been on this site in a while, but I am back now. I wanted to know your thoughts on the differces between pro hormones and steroids. How will the gains differ. Am I wasting my time taking pro hormones or should I just take steroids.
I am 230 lbs and I am trying to get to 215 and keep my power speed and strength. I have been losing weight but it has all been water weight. I can't seem to trim the excess fat. I am 11% bodyfat. but my lower abs are softer than I want them to be

First off you don't need AAS to lose weight if you get serious about it. Try a low carb diet perhaps, and/or increase your fat burn cardio. Do things like the stairclimber on fatburn, and speedwalking for 60 min. at a time. As for AAS vs. Prohormones, both are banned so AAS is the route most would choose.

I do not condone the use of, nor do I use anabolic or androgenic steroids. My participation on these boards is for informational purposes only. I have done extensive research of AAS and enjoy discussing them for role playing enjoyment.

nice, 230# at 11%! i would just drop calories 15% up the cardio and protein intake. the closer i get to 10% the harder it is to loose from my trouble spots (stomach and love handles) diet and training are more important than gear or PHs IMO. yes they can be an aide but they wont magically drop the BF.

      how old are ya bro?
