What's the smallest/safest amount one can take to be effective for a first time with GH?

i have never used it but i would think 3iu is a good starting point, ive read under that can be somewhat of a waste

I WOULDNT GO BELOW 2 IU'S BUT YOU SHOULD BE ALRIGHT WITH 3 AND I WOULD RUN IT ATLEAST 6 MONTHS.

3 sounds like the majic number to me. I think that is what I'll use when I run it. I just hope it does more for me then IGF did.

2iu is the lowest to get any results. but i wouldn't go that low unless your havin a hard time with sides at higher dose. 3iu is a good low dose

12 iu's ed sounds alittle unreal? Ive seen most go up to 6iu ed but never 12 or even 8, lol
