      Hey bro's..... i went over to dc's board and checked out the article on the doggcrap method which is basically not coming off but instead just running a low dose of test 300-400mg a week for 4 weeks with clomid all 4 weeks, then continue as normal after. The thread over there is like a godd damn novel, so i was just curious if anyone here has tried it and had success with it?? I know most will say just come off.... but i'm really just curious if anyone has tried it first hand and liked it??

      allows for zero recovery, maybe if ur a pro its a good idea, if not come off properly

      I read that whole thread. It took me a week. Doggcrapp is definately a very intelligent and knowledgable guy and he backs up his approach with a good logical argument. But, it's just to hard core for me. I prefer making time off greater than time on and going for slow consistent gains over a long period of time.

      That's what differ us from monkeys, that we are able to learn from other sources, not only our personal experience.
      I'm on for 1.5 years, and that's my choice, and I'm not going to fool myself into believing that I can "cruise" and it will help my hpta recovery.

      Here are some links to his articles, which are of the thread but only the important parts. I have been using his training method for 6 weeks now and like it. Most methods always work good for a time but he seems to feel the low volume of his training will keep you gaining longer. I am willing to try anything, it surely can't hurt. I do not use his cycling method though.
