      I have done between 4 and 8 iu's for about five months now and I have never split it up. I just take it with my breakfast every day.

      From what I have read from medical journals and publication, daily injectable Hgh is best at night before bed time. Pituitary gland realeases most of its natural Gh while sleeping.
