How much are you injecting? I would only inject1ml or less in each area and massage it... less if there isnt much muscle there! If it is a part of your chest with little muscle I would only do .5ml!

Tweetthe reason you see the lumps is cause its a thin(compared to other muscles) and its flat, so the lumps show easy.
try massaging for a long time they go away.
