Tweeti need to lose 15-20 pounds to make weigh in for tug-of-war for my fraternity. so im upper 180's and need to get down to 170 to make weight.
this sounds easy but at 8%bf its not gonna happen, i need to lose water weight.
this is what i was thinking,
lil or no water for 24 hours.
laxitive like exlaxs
natural stuff like metamucile
maybe flor essence
im gonna run witht the fat kid suits on like the rubber stuff, and hang out in a suanna. I need to drop this weight there is no option. so any of u guys that wrestled in high school give me some help.
im already on clen and t-3 but my body doesnt like losing weight since im on test and eq.
