my cycle loks like this
weeks 1-10 pvl cyp 600mg/week
weeks 1-8 pvl tren 100mg eod

Tweeti usually run them as well, i know a few guys that take creatine post cycle to keep on some water weight.

Tweeti don't use creatine during and i throw it in after cycle. everything else i use on and off.
TweetGlutamine is a waste. 10% makes it past the gut. Here are my on cycle supps:
Fish Oil 6g a day
Mulit
2 grams Vitamin C
1.2 grams Calcium
Sesathin 1.5g (anti oxidant, helps prevent VAT, increases insulin sensitivity)
k r-ala (anti oxidant, insulin sensitivity)
I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul

TweetIs that a kind of creatine?? Anyways the creatine i run during and especially during pct, but i run it all the time. The glutimine to me is a waste. It is in my protein powder anyway and i tried it once alone and it didn't do anything noticable.
Tweetsee ya'll say glutamine is a waste but at 20-25g I notice a big difference in my recovery. Listen to pro about the supps he knows what he is talking about.
