Tweethow are you eating bro. when u come off thats the most important other than pct. u really need to keep eating alot so ur body can keep that extra mass. eat alot and clean
TweetOkay, I went overboard for the first time and tried a long ass cycle. I learned..
I started out with 16 weeks of Test E, EQ and Tren. Made some great gains and even some nice cuts. I got carried away and kept the Tren on along with Test Prop. for another 4 months or so. I weaned off the Test Prop and kept taking the Tren alone for a month, ( I got tired of the bloat I got from the Test ( Yes even with Prop, I bloated ) After all this I had packed on a nice lean 15-18 lbs of muscle.
Had to get new dress shirts for work cause the others got tight.
I finally stopped taking anything at all the last 2 weeks except for Nolva, Proviron, Arimidex (Which I took during my cycle anyhow ) and Clomid.
I had to stop the clomid cause it made me severely depressed. As soon as I stopped it, I was fine emotionally.
Anyhow in the last 4 weeks I have lost around 7 lbs and I am kinda freaking that I might lose more. My strength has basically stayed the same (just as strong as I was on my cycle ), my body fat seemed to have dropped but aside from my upper pecs seeming to have "deflated" a little, everything else is still nice cut and rounded.
What's going on you think? Anybody else have a similar experience?
Thanks Bros, really could use the support.
Rock On!

TweetThe other thing to consider after coming off such a long cycle - besides the need for more calories to maintain the new found muscle - you need to cut back on your training volume. It's happened to me time and time again. I recommend you cut your volume down but keep the intensity. Since the super supplements are gone, you have to switch modes - so to speak - and start training again like a natty. My 2 cents.Originally Posted by edvedr

TweetYep, keep the protein count high, and shorten your workouts. After 16 weeks of cycling without any HCG, your recovery is going to be long and hard. Be healthy and be patient.
I think, only one week out from your cycle, that you would still benefit from HCG. And to avoid Estrogen rebound (gyno), I would extend your PCT with 20mg nolva ED for an additional 8-10 weeks beyond normal PCT.
Tweetkeep eatin brotha, eat eat eat!
TweetBro, it sounds to me that if you've lost 7 lb in the last month, you're probably losing mostly water weight. Hell, if you got bloated on prop like that, I wouldn't be suprised if you lose another couple lb's. But remember, that it's not the ego boost of being "Big". It's looking good as well. Water weight is nothing more than water weight. But ACTUAL MUSCLE MASS....now you're talking slabs of strength, power, and beauty. So don't kick yourself too much bro, losing that little bit after a cycle is just part of the game. Especially after a long cycle like that. Be safe bro, and congrats on the success...Shiner

TweetI feel for you bro. When come off a cycle I dont weigh myself at all, shit I dont even look at a scale. As long as you still look good in front of a mirror screw it. That weight loss can reallly mess your head up and get you depressed making it harder to rebound. Just follow everyones advice and keep in mind when your next cycle starts again. That will pull you through. It does for me.
